IThere are four golf courses in Álava, all close to each other, well communicated and with excellent facilities.

They are all near to the Gorbeia and Izki Nature Reserves, in settings where other activities are also offered: horse-riding, paragliding, sailing, etc.

The course at Altube (Zuia), with 9 holes, par 70 and the course at Larrabea, with 18 holes, par 72, are both in the "Cuadrilla" of Zuia.

IZKI GOLF is the complex that covers the remaining two courses, situated in Lagrán and Urturi. Lagrán, conceived as a school for learning, has 9 holes, par 27, and Urturi, of a social nature and designed by Severiano Ballesteros, covers a surface area of 98 hectares. It has 18 holes, par 74.
