February. An itinerant fair held in the villages of Bóveda, Espejo or Villanueva de Valdegovía.
This fair revolves around one of the products that have made Alava famous: The potato. Different varieties of potatoes grown in the region are sold and exhibited, and everyone is invited to try a number of local dishes based on this tasty product.
