This is the "sweetest" fair, in which the bees of the Montaña Alavesa play a leading role. It is a day to sample and buy local honey- which has its own quality label -, and to enjoy the exhibition of traditional crafts and the gastronomic competition of desserts sweetened, naturally, with this product.
