First Monday after the Virgin of September. Olárizu
Coinciding with the traditional visit of representatives of the Town Hall to the stones that mark the boundaries of Vitoria-Gasteiz, there is a popular procession to the top of Mount Olárizu. Hundreds of people from the city take part in the procession and following this there is a popular festival with dancing, "alubiada" (haricot beans cooked with sausage, black pudding and pork fat) as well as exhibitions of Basque sports and dances.
